Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using Word Spy: Find the op (the "App") operated by Mega Coders Inc..

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Word Spy: Find the op, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Use License

Mega Coders Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Word Spy: Find the op for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Modify or copy the App materials
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software in the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscription Options

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Premium: $4.99 per month
  • Annual Premium: $19.99 per year ($1.67/month)

  • Ad-free experience
  • Custom game settings
  • Priority customer support

Payment & Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any term.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Word Spy: Find the op to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Mega Coders Inc. or another user
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mega Coders Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mega Coders Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of Word Spy: Find the op is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mega Coders Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
